These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile app "abgelehnt!" (the "App") provided by REGURK LIMITED, Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin, D01 T2C9, Ireland ("we" or "the provider"). The App is intended for consumers.
The App lets you block unwanted calls by creating blocking rules for individual phone numbers or whole number ranges. The blocking decision is made locally on your device. Exceptions (a whitelist) always take precedence over blocking rules.
The App is a paid app sold as a one-time purchase via Google Play. The applicable price is shown to you before purchase in the Google Play Store. Your contracting party for the purchase, payment processing and invoicing is Google, under the Google Play terms of service.
As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content (such as this App), however, the right of withdrawal ends once you expressly agree that performance of the contract (the download) begins before the withdrawal period expires and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is given during the purchase process via Google Play.
Refunds are handled through Google Play in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. For questions, contact abgelehnt@regurk.ie.
With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the devices linked to your account for personal purposes. Redistributing, copying, modifying or reverse-engineering the App is not permitted.
You are responsible for which numbers and ranges you block. Please note that blocking large ranges may also block wanted calls. Use the exceptions feature for numbers that should always come through.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (a "cardinal duty"), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. Claims under mandatory law (e.g. product liability) remain unaffected.
In particular, we accept no liability for missed or lost calls that were blocked by rules you created, nor for unwanted calls that came through despite active rules.
We aim to keep the App working and to provide updates where needed, but — subject to mandatory statutory warranty rights — we are not obliged to do so.
We may adjust these Terms of Use where reasonable. We will inform you of material changes in the App or on this page.
Irish law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
